New Year’s Resolutions
Each year millions of people make New Year’s Resolutions with the noble intention of being a better person throughout the coming year. Many people won’t get through till the end of January. Will you be a quitter or a winner in 2018?
Here are some popular resolutions that you might be thinking about or might have made in the past:

often resolutions will about fitting in with someone else’s agenda, or involve sacrifice or denial – it is therefore no surprise that so many good intentions fall by the wayside. But there are also those intentions that would really benefit your health and self-esteem that would open up windows of opportunity such as stopping smoking, getting fitter, or improving education. Working on your self-esteem might seem selfish or frivolous but if it helps to achieve the lifestyle you want, obtain the promotions and pay-rises that help you give to yourself and your loved ones what they need or want, then self-improvement work is better seen as an investment in your future and that of your family.
