What is Self-Hypnosis?
Some people believe that “Nothing in life is free?” well they are wrong. Your access to self-hypnosis is absolutely free, and the benefits far outweighs the cost of investment! Read on.
Have you ever told yourself that you cannot do something, and failed in the task? Or maybe you told yourself that you can do it, and succeeded? Arguably, either way you were using self-
hypnosis to a degree.
In self hypnosis you take yourself into a level of awareness, a state of mind, where change or learning can take place more easily. A state of mind in which you can think more clearly. And if you wish to, you can bring about a great sense of relaxation whilst you do it.
Here in my hypnotherapy room in Chigwell, Essex, I teach many of my clients how to enjoy and benefit from self-hypnosis.

The quotation above has been doing the social media rounds for quite some time now, but it is true. When you are relaxed you are a more resourceful person. You could say you are in a place of power when you are relaxed. You thoughts, motives, choices and the path ahead are so much clearer when you are relaxed and focussed.
The relaxation you achieve through self-hypnosis can make a huge difference to the outcomes your seek in the day ahead.
Who uses self-hypnosis?
Lots of people uses self-hypnosis – stressed people, motivated people, active people, successful people!
I teach self-hypnosis to many of my clients. We can all benefit from less tension and more focus. Clients of mine have reported decreased tobacco, alcohol and drug intake, from using my self-hypnosis recordings. Others have reported feeling less stressed, less angry, being more energetic, and more relaxed. There are a variety of responses to a self-hypnosis recordings – so approach them with an open mind.
How can I learn self-hypnosis?
You can book in an appointment with me to learn self-hypnosis. You could also book an appointment simply to experience the relaxation that hypnosis can bring. Or even better you could book a longer appointment to experience relaxing hypnosis and also learn how to use self-hypnosis. These appointments cost less than those where actual therapy takes place – but that doesn’t mean there aren’t benefits.

Just 15 minutes of relaxation – everyone can find time for that. But don’t be fooled.
