It is a truism that a person cannot imagine themselves being a particular way, without also feeling like that too. Therefore, this script leads the client on a path to experiencing and practicing being and feeling a better versions of themselves, with an element of future pacing, but with the emphasis on adopting the feelings and resources of the new self.
