Synopsis

1. Past Life Regression

This lesson discusses the concepts of Past Life Regression, reincarnation and other alternative theories. It also covers the public’s perception and the reasons they wish to have this type of therapy and the benefits it can provide. Other practices, known as Past Life Healing and Soul Retrieval, are also examined.

2. Starting up in Business

The practical side of ‘getting started’ is covered here including choice of premises, equipment and stationery requirements, advertising, appointment planning and your first meeting with a new client.

3. Hypnosis

In this section of the course we learn how hypnosis is used to access past lives, communication with the subconscious mind, relaxation techniques, regression, and inductions. Then it is time to take the journey further and this is the point where Past Life Regression leaves conventional Hypnotherapy. A number of different inductions are presented along with the important aspects of safeguards, the phenomenon of ‘subconscious resistance’ and other problems which may arise.

4. Exploration and Therapy

How to navigate your clients through their experiences. There are many proven methods here to guide your subjects so that they can visualise well and understand what is happening, then how we deal with what emerges. Many issues can be uncovered in regression which affect the subconscious in a variety of ways. They all need to be handled carefully using a number of different hypnosis techniques.

5. Case Histories

A look at a few of the regressions I have conducted, chosen to illustrate the amazing diversity of experiences.
