The Garden of Relaxation is here for you, to help you to relax and unwind after a stressful day.

Best heard through headphones! It will take you on a gently measured journey into trance.  Journeying into a glorious garden you are invited to dissolve troublesome thoughts in crystal clear water.

During these 37 mins of relaxation you mind will be soothed by my words and brain entrainment music. The music to this recording uses delta waves.   Delta waves are detected during deep, dreamless sleep. It also contains a binaural beat of 2 Hertz. Binaural beats are two different frequencies played separately in each ear. These are intended to increase focus, relaxation and enhance the experience of the Garden.
